エスター＆ジェリー・ヒックスのエイブラハムによる引き寄せの法則。日本語に訳された本はすべて読んで すごくよかったので、英語でも読んでみたいなぁと思いました。でも、本だと買っただけで満足してしまう可能性もあるので『運命が好転する 実践スピリチュアル・トレーニング(Ask and it is Given)』のＣＤを選びました。ＣＤは２セットに分かれています。わたしの買ったのは前半の法則の部分。
まず"Abraham"自身から一言。ジェリーの朗読によるウェイン・ダイアー博士の前書き、ジェリーの解説。それから『エイブラハムについて』はエスターが朗読。あとはすべて、ジェリーが朗読しています。
ナチュラルスピードにしても、早い！でも、ジェリーの声は聞きやすいし、発音がはっきりしているのでわかりやすいです。原文のままＣＤ収録されているのでうれしい。日本語訳では違和感のあったカタカナ語も、英文の中で聞けば自然に理解できます。
ＣＤは４枚組。ＣＤ１枚の録音時間は５０分〜６０分。これで2400円なら安いです！
Nice, but Buddhism taught it first

This is a nice book but I found FREE YOUR MIND by Anthony Stultz Sensei to be more practical and it gives us the original Buddhist version in a contemporary language.
Unfinished Symphony （2006-07-04）
In this life I have been fortunate and blessed enough to encounter some truly amazing books (some I have written reviews of here at Amazon) and for that I am eternally thankful.
This book however is somewhat unique. You could say that the wisdom this text offers the reader encompasses most of what I have read (of this genre) elsewhere, only here the presentation, order and format is not only VERY accessible, and very easy to grasp, but it fills in the gaps and expands upon the wisdom presented elsewhere. Whilst other works in this field might present pieces of the puzzle, here we are given the full box, with no missing pieces and easy to follow set of instructions. And what is the picture we are making? Happiness, bliss and well-being; a tranquil heart and a deeper understanding of life. You might say that this book is the sound from which the others became the echo; I thought they were sounds in their own right but not entirely.
The essence of this book is that basically anything is possible if you align your self (your vibration) with the vibration of that which you want, the book uses many simple analogies and metaphors to explain clearly how you can go about doing this and to explain why we are not all meeting with the success which we are due. Surely once you have read this book a good deal more of the clouds will clear and the sun will shine brighter. You may realise that what you thought was the truth or reality (in terms of reaching your goals) can often be the opposite and that we most often drive away what is waiting for us.
I am totally enamoured with this books, and here I must confess I am only half-way through. Why am I reviewing a half finished book? Well, because I feel that these teachings are SO special that everyone should read this book, and if I have a chance to help persuade the reader of this review then I'd like to share my views thus far, and then amend the review when I finish reading.
A couple of things that intrigue me about this special book is that firstly I don't even remember buying it, nor know why I even bought it. You can see from my reviews some of the books I read and I suppose I ordered it with those? I don't recall... and because of its size and weight it sat on my shelf waiting for the thinner books to get read. Last week when they were all done I had a choice of two books (two that suit being read on a commuter train) and this one won - for no particular reason, other than it was slightly lighter... I wish I had read it sooner!
One amazing thing about this text is that it makes me smile. That doesn't sound so amazing...? but I mean I am reading the pages on the train and I'm grinning madly at the joy, wisdom and love contained herein and people are looking at me like I'm crazy! HaHa, most amusing. But I have to confess, I haven't smiled this broadly for an age. With that in mind, I sincerely hope it brings the reader as much joy and happiness and clarity as it has brought me at this early stage. Thank you.
